It depends on the size of the space, the condition of the surfaces and the products you choose, so we don't quote from a price list. We visit, measure and send a free written estimate that lists exactly what is included.

If something is not right with our workmanship, we come back and make it right at no cost to you. The terms are written into your proposal so you know exactly what is covered before we start.

We are based in Vallejo and work across Solano, Napa and Sonoma counties, including Vallejo, Benicia, American Canyon, Fairfield, Vacaville, Napa, Santa Rosa, Petaluma and Sonoma. If you are nearby and don't see your town, ask.

The dry season, roughly late spring through early fall, gives paint the warm, dry conditions it needs to cure. We plan around the hottest afternoons on south and west walls, where direct sun can make paint dry too fast.

Yes. Paint will not bond properly over ash and soot, so we wash the surface first, using softwashing on siding and stucco and pressure washing on hard surfaces, before any primer or paint goes on.

Clear away small items, valuables and anything fragile. We handle the rest: covering floors and furniture, masking fixtures and cleaning up completely at the end of each day.

Yes. Color consultation is part of how we work. We look at your light, your finishes and the style of the house and help you narrow it down to a palette you will be happy living with.

Yes. We paint offices, storefronts, multi-unit buildings and new construction, and we schedule work around your business hours to keep disruption low.
